What are the responsibilities and job description for the San Francisco/Bay Area Based Litigation Attorney (Remote) position at Latitude Legal?
A San Francisco/Bay Area based boutique law firm is looking for a litigation attorney with to assist with a variety of matters including public entity defense, general liability defense and probate and trust litigation. This is a full time permanent position (1550 billable hour requirement). It can be a hybrid (in the San Francisco area) or remote. The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of California.
Requirements for the San Francisco/Bay Area Based Litigation Attorney (Remote and Contract):
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.

- 5 years of litigation experience
- Public entity defense work is preferred but not required
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Active member of California state bar in good standing
