Position Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a strong creative sensibility and a deep curiosity to learn and grow as an Account Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring that client voices are heard, projects meet the highest standards, and both client and agency objectives are achieved seamlessly.

Core responsibilities include:
- Client Advocacy: Represent and champion the client's voice within the agency, ensuring their needs and objectives are clearly communicated and met.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with client expectations and our agency's standards.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to push boundaries, ensuring goals and objectives are not only met but exceeded.
- Resource Coordination: Identify and engage the right talent at the right time to optimize project outcomes.
- Opportunity Identification: Spot and cultivate opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and potential expansion into new business areas.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their business, industry, and target audiences deeply.
- Project Management: Drive projects from initial sign-on through execution, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and flawlessly executed.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the financial health of client accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Performance Measurement: Ensure that all work is measured effectively, with results shared transparently with clients and internal teams.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Address challenges quickly and thoughtfully, offering solutions that balance client needs and agency capabilities.
- Internal Collaboration: Ensure the right internal team members are involved at the right time for the best possible results.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as an account management within a creative agency or similar agency environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Familiarity with the creative process and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for driving client success.
Salary : $65,000 - $88,000
