We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks, as well as expertise in month-end and year-end closing processes. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective financial management. This position offers hybrid flexibility 25% of the time.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records, generate reports, and track expenses.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Work with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax preparation.
- Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.
- Provide leadership and support to the accounting team.
