In-House Commercial Litigation Attorney (On-Site) Latitude is seeking an experienced commercial litigation attorney to join the growing legal department of a large real estate development company. Applicants must have 10 years of litigation experience, specifically in corporate and commercial real estate matters. Specific experience handling collections, litigation management, contract disputes, lease disputes, construction litigation, negotiations, and mediations is required. Prior in-house litigation and / or large to mid-sized law firm experience is preferred.
