This role will require collaboration with the legal department to identify and define legal projects, process improvements, and technology resources to incorporate relevant best practices. Candidates must have prior legal operations and cost optimization experience, fluency in the Wolters Kluwer TyMetrix 360 platform and experience with developing, implementing, and enhancing programs, processes, contract management and workflows. This is an immediate remote opportunity expected to continue for at least 6 months.Requirements for the Legal Operations Manager (In-House, Remote) : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universityExperience (4 years) working in a legal operations role and supporting a legal department, ideally as a legal operations manager and / or paralegal in-house in a corporate legal department of a global companyExperience directly managing and implementing various legal technology resources, including the Wolters Kluwer TyMetrix 360 platform for a legal department, and related toolsSkilled in Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and Dynamics CRMExperience with contract review and management, developing metrics, dashboards and reports to improve legal department efficiencies and performanceExcellent communication (verbal and written), organization and analytical skills, and strong attention to detailOutstanding referencesPosition Details for the Legal Operations Manager (In-House, Remote) : Type of Role : Contract Engagement (6 months commencing immediately)Schedule : Part-Time (estimate 20-25 hours / week)Location : RemoteCompensation : Pay : The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $150,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply / demand, and the candidate’s preference.Benefits : In addition to pay, all Latitude Attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage.
