This position is a 3 month contract and fully onsite in Mclean VA
Salary: $27-32/hr depending on experience
\n- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for end-users.
- Utilize ServiceNow to log, track, and resolve IT support tickets.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support requests, solutions, and processes.
- Ensure adherence to IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
- 2-5 years help desk experience
