Our financial client is hiring an on-site IT Help Desk Technician at $23-25 / hour (W2) to support their team in Merrifield, VA.
Responsibilities :
- Provide front line Active Directory, Office 365 technical support for all technical user requests through email, phone and in person.
- Respond to basic IT requests such as password resets, peripheral configurations, desktop / laptop / iPad / iPhone configurations, software installations and hardware repair.
