Janitorial Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing operations. In this hands-on role, you will work alongside your team to complete janitorial and sanitation tasks while maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and customer service. You will also ensure that operations are carried out within time limits and meet the required volume.

Position Details:

• Warehouse Setting
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Overtime When Available
• $31/hour
• Must Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Flexibility in work hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by overseeing the efficient receiving, identification, dispatch, and quality of services.
• Work closely with employees to model and reinforce performance expectations.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to ensure optimal functionality.
• Oversee all aspects of team supervision, training, development, and the health, safety, and welfare of your team.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workloads to meet operational goals.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions or refine existing work procedures and practices.
• Complete and document daily cleaning tasks as outlined in the Master Schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Strong supervisory skills with a focus on employee development.
• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures.
• A hands-on commitment to completing all tasks, including janitorial and sanitation duties alongside your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility in work hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
