Overview:
We are seeking a weekday morning barista/manager for a busy drive thru.
You must have management experience and a MINIMUM of 1 year working at a drive thru. You will be working alongside an experienced weekday assistant and a weekend lead while you learn the role. Your role will be vital in ensuring that each customer leaves with a smile and a great cup of coffee.
Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Support your team in a positive manor, track progress, do weekly one on ones and host monthly meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions using Clover POS system, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
- Follow food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Engage with customers to promote new products or specials, enhancing their overall experience.
- Post on social media daily.
Requirements
- Management experience.
- One year minimum working at a drive thru coffee shop.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus.
- A passion for coffee and customer service with the ability to help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
