- Meet pre-determined set-up & production times
- Make program modifications on the fly
- Provide tooling recommendations based on their experience & knowledge

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- GD&T knowledge with ability to use various inspection equipment
- Ability to complete unique tasks quickly
- Ability to be an active member with a process improvement mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship a plus
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
- Additional duties as assigned including but not limited to special assignments to meet customer demand.
Summary
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and precision measuring instruments to produce high-quality components. Reporting to a Supervisor, your role involves interpreting blueprints and schematics, implementing GD&T practices, and ensuring process improvement. Your core skills in tooling and math will be essential for operating CNC lathes and other machinery effectively. With a focus on quality control and efficiency, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
