Location: We are seeking candidates who are local to one of our Launch hubs, including Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA.


The Role:

Launch is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to oversee our Partner Channel for Salesforce in North America for Launch Consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue through our partner ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business development and partner management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy to drive sales and revenue growth through the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our network and enhance our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and mutual success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support partner initiatives and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and support to optimize their success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support our solutions.
  • Manage partner contracts, negotiations, and agreements to ensure compliance and mutual benefit.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in business development, partner management, or a related role, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its various products and solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated base wage range for this role is $120,000-$140,000. This position is also eligible for commission, providing an opportunity to earn additional income based on performance. Education and experience will be highly considered, and we are happy to discuss your wage expectations in more detail throughout our internal interview process.
