Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and educating patients on oral health maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide a range of dental treatments, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into patient care.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid Hawaii state dental license.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting; prior experience in a family or cosmetic dentistry practice is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits :
Annual salary range: $186,000 - $235,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
