Overview
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice and to potentially buy into the company. Although we cannot offer a large bonus to begin, we anticipate production to reach upwards of $500k after the first year or two of working full-time in our office.
We are offering 30% of adjusted production with a daily minimum of $500 (calculated monthly). To begin, you will primarily be doing prophys along with Hyg exams in order to create relationships with the patients. As you find work needed to be done it will be added to your schedule.

Duties
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
- Performing comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing oral conditions.
- Providing general dentistry services, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and patient education.
- Conducting specialized procedures such as root canal therapy, extractions and prosthodontics.
- Delivering pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
- Utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Collaborating with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans within the dental office system.
- Staying current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best care possible.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in general dentistry.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and fabrication techniques is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
