Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Administrator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a dental office administrative capacity, with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and productivity. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who values collaboration, problem-solving, and creating a positive environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the day-to-day activities of the business office, including patient and employee relations.
- Manage staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and dismissal as necessary.
- Oversee marketing and communications efforts to promote the practice.
- Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide staff training, development, and motivation to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize patient flow and office efficiency.
- Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle financial transactions, including insurance claims and patient billing.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Assist the dentist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of administrative experience in a dental office setting.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Proficiency in dental office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with digital X-rays, 3D imaging, and intraoralcameras is a plus.
