What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Transaction Coordinator position at Launch Real Estate?
Must hold an Arizona State Real Estate License.
Must be detailed orientated, ability to take direction and work within the systems in place for transaction management
Working as a team member on a Transaction Management team.
Responsibilities:
Listing Administrator - processing all new incoming listings, including but not limited to creating all forms and addenda, MLS Input/updates, upload photos, HOA verification, and shared responsibilities with other team members processing new real estate contracts, including but not limited to writing of offers, reviewing prelims, managing transaction timelines. Miscellaneous transaction management duties.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
