Company Description

Launch REI is a business creating a nationwide network of real estate networking meetups. The company partners with realtors and real estate teams to host local meetups. We license our models, systems, branding, and operations to allow those real estate teams to host their own local meetups, to generate leads for their agent teams. We are looking to build a network of 200 real estate meetups all around the U.S. so people can network and learn more about investing in real estate and pursuing financial freedom.

Role Description

If you are highly motivated and want to work in sales for a real estate startup, this might be for you. This is a full-time 1099 position, with the intention of transitioning into a W2 position. You will be making phone calls, texting, and emailing to reach out to potential realtors and real estate teams to see if they want to partner with us to lead a local Launch REI meetup in their market. To be clear, this is a full time role in sales. You must be comfortable making cold phone calls to generate leads, giving presentations on zoom, and closing deals. We have extensive training to prepare you, and we invest in your development. We have a growth mindset oriented culture within our team and we will do the best we can to help prepare you and support your growth and your goals. In addition to your base salary we have purposely set up a favorable commission structure for you that allows you to achieve highly based on your performance. We are ultimately looking for an A player who is a self starter, with a strong work ethic, who's excited to make phone calls and close deals. This role will be mostly remote with some meetings and events in person.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales, account management, cold outreach experience to generate new business
  • Self starter
  • Must be an active learner, constantly asking questions
  • Previous experience managing a database in a CRM
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a significant plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
