Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with power tools, possess mechanical knowledge, and be familiar with warehouse operations.
Duties:
- JOB DESCRIPTION –
- Wrap and form composite materials to plaster molds and mandrels in preparation for oven or autoclave curing processes.
- Fabricate composite parts using various materials and tools
Handle materials for production processes
Operate machinery for machining and fabrication
Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and finishing tasks
Perform carpentry and millwork duties as required
Manage inventory and assist with materials handling
Operate forklift for material transportation within the facility
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in composite manufacturing or related field
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of machining techniques
- Ability to operate a forklift safely
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations
- Attention to detail in fabrication and assembly processes
