- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of quality engineering or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and quality management systems.
