We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in civil or structural engineering to lead and support projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Execution :
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution phases of projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Design & Technical Review :
- Conduct feasibility studies, review engineering drawings, and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to refine project designs.
- Coordination & Communication :
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and prepare progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance :
- Ensure projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Problem Solving & Innovation :
