Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the Nashville, TN , area. This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment and is passionate about driving business growth through strong client relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets. With a proven track record in account management and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities :
- Account-Based Sales : Manage a select list of key accounts (brokerages and top real estate agents), focusing on driving an increase in home inspections year-over-year.
- Market Share Growth : Develop strategies for each account to boost market share, focusing on relationship-building activities, client engagement, and education around Home inspection services.
- Weekly Meetings and Follow-Ups : Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, both in-person and virtual, with realtors and brokers, ensuring consistent engagement and opportunity generation.
- Educational Presentations : Deliver tailored presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions to real estate offices, explaining the value of home inspections and the benefits of working with RIA.
- Client Retention and Expansion : Develop and execute plans to retain key accounts and expand the volume of business by deepening relationships and finding upselling opportunities.
- CRM Management : Document all relevant interactions and ensure the CRM is updated with key account details, including inspection volumes and growth opportunity forecasts.
- Objection Handling : Confidently address client objections, focusing on closing deals while maintaining professionalism and fostering strong client relationships.
- Networking and Events : Attend industry events to increase RIA's visibility and build relationships within the real estate community.
