Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Oversee and manage all employees' payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer payroll processing via UKG, including data input, auditing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to run reports efficiently and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll.
- Process salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and other pay adjustments.
- Prepare and review payroll reports and ensure proper tax filings.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding paychecks, taxes, and deductions.
