What You'll Do
- Lead the Salesforce practice at LaunchPad Lab, including guiding strategy, architecture, and implementation
- Mentor and grow a team of Salesforce developers
- Balance hands-on development responsibilities with leading and mentoring the Salesforce team
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce clients—helping translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Lead technical architecture during the sales process to scope solutions and provide technical guidance to new prospects
- Work closely with designers and product managers to deliver thoughtful, user-friendly experiences
- Contribute to technical planning, estimates, code reviews, and team rituals
- Help shape and improve internal processes and best practices

Requirements
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning (Aura and LWC)
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as React is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients
- Ability to bring creative solutions to difficult problems
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Target Salary Range: $135,000-$180,000
