LaunchTech is searching for a dedicated, savvy, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to join our growing Crew. This is a hybrid role, with the personnel working primarily remotely, while spending 1-2 days per week in the office or on location as needed. The role may also require occasional travel to company offices, customer sites, and industry events.

Your main responsibility will be to serve as the "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, facilitating direct access to the leadership team and managing corporate office functions that keep the company running efficiently. You will complete a wide variety of administrative tasks that include managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence often confidential in nature, and arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.

Other job functions include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and documentation for dissemination to internal/external sources as per executive direction, approval, and programmatic initiatives
- Identifying operational pain points, formulating solutions, and executing
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive office and internal/external departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
- Maintain contact databases, document repositories, and corporate certifications
- Works closely and effectively with the executive team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping all involved updated
- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects
- Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Travel, event, and meeting coordination, scheduling, and facilitating
- Communicates with vendors, partners, community liaisons, staff support, etc
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
- 8 years of experience working for Federal Government Contractors or US Military and defense initiatives and projects
- 8 years as an Executive Assistant, Sr. Administrative Assistant, Paralegal, or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills
- Must be trustworthy and reliable with a positive can-do attitude
- Must be able to occasionally work evenings or weekends
- Must be available for occasional travel
- Tech-savvywith solid experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc) and productivity software applications
- Strong adherence to deadlines and sensitive information
- Strong leadership abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to be highly productive and organized with limited oversight
- Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance
