We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Laundromat Service Associate.
Job Description:
- Customer Service and Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with payment systems, machine selection, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders.
- Store Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Communication: Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner, reporting issues to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager as needed.
- Store Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained inside and outside the store at all times, following proper cleaning routines and documenting completion.
- Building and Equipment Maintenance: Document equipment and building maintenance issues, escalating unsafe situations to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager on duty.
