Job Overview:
LaundryMaids is looking for a dedicated and proactive Marketing & Operations Manager to help grow our business and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role combines sales, networking, and store management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
- Market LaundryMaids' services to local businesses and build long-term client relationships.
- Attend networking meetings and events to promote the company.
Store Operations & Management:
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for store processes.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Manage and oversee staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
Laundry & Quality Control:
- Process laundry orders as needed, following company guidelines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all completed orders meet our high standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or operations is a plus.
