We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Bridal Store Manager to lead our team and elevate the shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, always ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and motivation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer receives a personalized shopping experience.
- Handle inventory management, including stock ordering, tracking, and organization.
- Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase our collections beautifully.
- Manage scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and store cleanliness.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and bridal shows.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers, keeping up to date with trends and new products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a bridal or luxury retail setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Passion for the bridal industry and helping clients find their perfect gown.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
