Administrative/H.R. Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual passionate about environmental sustainability to join our team as an Administrative/H.R. Assistant. Position Details:
- Type: Part-Time, Flexible
- Location: Hybrid (Work from Home/On-Site)
- Hours: 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Mastering our job costing system and reporting on billable hours
- Invoicing all clients and managing project billing
- Coordinating project preparation: calling utility lines, scheduling deliveries, purchasing materials
- Preparing forms for installation and maintenance teams
- Downloading project photos into the job costing system
- Providing financial metrics and reports
- Entering plant and material receipts into our software
- Onboarding new employees and setting them up in all systems
Skills & Qualifications:
- Required: Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter attitude
- Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
