POSITION: Associate Designer | Project Manager
At Laura Yeager Smith Home & Design, we take pride in crafting authentic, luxurious and

client experience. To support our growth we are currently seeking an accomplished Designer |
Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Position commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assist and Collaborate with Principal and Design Director in all project needs
• Communicate clearly and succinctly with Designers, Clients, Vendors & Team
• Produce, manage and execute deadlines and deliverables of multiple projects
simultaneously
• Accurately document and specify selected furnishings and construction materials
• Organize and maintain detailed Documentation per established process
• Follow up and follow through with all details of the design process
• Maintain project knowledge and track revisions and accuracy
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and sense of urgency
Experience & Education:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience in interior design,
construction or architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google
• AutoCad proficiency
• Strong ability to clearly communicate
• Excellent organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, quality and precision
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative to identify and develop and implement
solutions
• Professional, reliable, polished, productive and collaborative
• Ability to demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks to meet various deadlines without
immediate and constant supervision• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects and
responsibilities
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks, be resourceful, use good judgment, and
exhibit self-confidence
