Compensation : 26.50 - $29 hourly

Responsibilities :

Serve as the main contact for high-level executive

Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive

Tracking the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools

Preparing reports on metrics like engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI

Managing social media accounts by creating posts, scheduling content, and engaging with the audience

Writing, editing, and proofreading content for websites, social media, emails, brochures, or blogs

Qualifications :

Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines

Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
