We are seeking a talented District Technology Coordinator to join our team at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School. As a collaborative leader, you will have the opportunity to empower digital learners, integrate technology into the classroom, and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration, network management, cybersecurity, or instructional technology support. A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related education field is required. Additionally, a Nebraska Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain) is necessary for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology policies, training programs, and digital learning strategies.
- Collaborate with school leadership to ensure seamless technology integration across the district.
- Teach high school computer science courses, including:
• Information Technology Fundamentals
• PC Maintenance and Repair
• Network Management
• Cybersecurity - Maintain accurate records of technology systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Provide ongoing technical support to teachers, students, and staff.
