We are looking to hire an additional team member for our Optometry / Optical practice. The primary focuses are but not limited to frame adjustments and repairs, using a lensometer, prescription interpretation, answering phones, making appointments, insurance verification, cash/payment handling, data entry, inventory, and creating an exceptional patient experience. We have two beautifully designed offices and will require the team member to travel between the locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Previous optical experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be outgoing, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with PC systems and basic applications
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail orientated and organized
- Ability to work independently and/or part of a team
- Ability to multi-task - friendly, enthusiastic, motivated
- Willing to provide customer services beyond expectation.
