Lavaca Family Health Clinic is searching for a dedicated Full time LVN for the clinic.
PREVIOUS CLINICAL NURSING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.
This role requires someone who is highly self-motivated and able to multi-task on a daily basis. The LVN role entails (but is not limited to)
- effectively communicate and work with a physician,
- effectively communicate with fellow nurses and patients,
- complete patient check-ins,
- take patient vital signs,
- give injections,
- perform ear washes,
- assist with office procedures,
- Typical Shift Hours: 8 am-5 pm Mon-Fri
Basic computer and typing skills are required for the electronic health record (EHR) system utilized in the clinic. Previous experience with an EHR is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
