About the Role:

The Administrative Support role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments, facilitating communication, and maintaining organized records. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing productivity  and handling correspondence. Additionally, this role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ultimately, the Administrative Support professional will contribute significantly to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Administrative support for various departments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure that all records are up to date and easily accessible.

Skills:

 Strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining order and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial when preparing reports and managing records, as accuracy is key in administrative support. Preferred skills, like familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other Software platforms, can enhance the ability to track tasks and deadlines, contributing to overall project success. Effective communication skills are vital for interacting with colleagues and clients, ensuring that information is conveyed clearly and professionally.

Salary : $37,440 - $45,760
