The Project Manager will support the AP1000 procurement activities as it executes large scale EPC contracts. Typical assignments will require using project management principals to resolve emergent issues as they arise. A primary function of this role will support the development, execution, and maintenance of the AP1000 procurement module known as WPRO.

- WTSS Contractor Opportunity***
The Project Manager will support the AP1000 procurement activities as it executes large scale EPC contracts. Your Day To Day
Procurement Management
- Manage a database of emergent projects to ensure properly resourced.
- Work with stakeholders to drive projects to completion based on prioritization.
- Maintain schedule of all items and escalate issues as they arise.
- Create Agendas and Lead Project Kick-Off meetings with stakeholders
- Drive/Support Purchase Order (PO) Change Notices (as needed).
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings (e.g., bi-weekly, weekly, etc.) with Supplier, Westinghouse, Customer, as required.
- Hold pre-job briefs and/or kick-off meetings for important/critical PO manufacturing activities.
- US Citizenship REQUIRED.
- BS Degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline;
- Experience preferred in the Power Generation or Nuclear Industries but could be in any of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Equipment Fabrication Facilities, Ship Building, Manufacturing Plants, Supply Chain, etc.
- Intermediate MSExcel skills: pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.;
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, PRIME, and SAP;
- Strong Communication Skills;
- Ability to work Independently;
- Strong organizational skills;
