About The Role
As a talent management intern, you will work on a variety of global projects across the talent management function, including talent development and learning.
You will report to Global Talent Management and be located at our Cranberry location. This position is a full-time position hybrid. This is a paid internship that starts in May 2025.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning & communication of key intern and new hire events
- Coordinate & prepare content for internal communication
- Conversion & development of content for a new system implementation
- Creation & curation of learning content in our learning management system
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, Adult Education or Labor Relations
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Complete Sophomore year of college by May 2025
- Demonstrated interest and commitment to Global Talent Management
