The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers the chance to lead exciting residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Oversee the full project cycle and achieve project objectivesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsEnsure effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and contractorsNegotiate city permits and ensure compliance with regulationsConduct site visits and quality inspectionsEngage in materials specification for ADUs and shedsWhat You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in architecture, construction science, or a related field, or equivalent working experience in an architectural companyAt least 4 years of experience in residential construction project management, ideally with prefab ADUs and shedsProficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawingsStrong skills in permit negotiations, site inspections, quality control, inventory, budgeting, and cost controlProficiency in construction project management software (Bluebeam, Procore, Clickup, Archicad)Ideally, experience with production and manufacturing project managementArchitectural license is a plusA valid CA driver's license and the ability to drive within the San Francisco Bay AreaKey Attributes for Success
