The OpportunityWe are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's growing sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in Enterprise SaaS sales, working with cutting-edge AI technology in the rapidly evolving field of data privacy and security.
What You'll DoGenerate new leads through cold calling (50 calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn
Meet or exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
1-3 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
Proficiency in cold calling (50 calls per day), email, and LinkedIn outreach
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ideally, experience selling to CIO, CISO, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer
Ideally, knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, CCPA
Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA 3 days per week

Keen interest in growing into an Account Executive role
Employment type: full-time W2
Base compensation: $50,000-$70,000 per year (negotiable depending on your experience and skills)
OTE (on-target earnings): $75,000-$100,000 per year (uncapped)
