Our client seeks an experienced and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in the company, with potential for fast career advancement and generous financial reward.
What You'll DoManage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in the SMB segment
Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Develop a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building
Educate prospects on how they can benefit from our client's IT staffing solutions
Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide solutions tailored to customers' needs
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
At least 3 years of full sales cycle experience in the IT Staffing/IT Recruitment industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent understanding of the IT roles, programming languages and recruitment processes
Ideally, a strong network of hiring managers and decision-makers responsible for IT recruiting budget
Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective collaboration within the company
Being energetic, positive, and confident
Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
OTE (on-target earnings): $160,000 - $240,000 per year (uncapped commission, paid monthly)

Compensation Range: $160K - $240K
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
