LaVida, an International School Dance in Kirkland serves Eastside Seattle community by providing dance education for toddlers to adult through special events, show productions, group classes, private lessons in ballroom, jazz, hip-hop and wide array of contemporary dance styles in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
We are seeking a key team member for the role of Client Relations and Enrollment Coordinator. We need a high-energy, friendly people-person who is comfortable talking on the phone and meeting new people. This role is crucial in ensuring that both current and new students feel welcomed and informed about all we offer. You’ll guide families and students towards success and help them become part of our community.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage interactions with students, parents, and families, assisting with class placement, uniform fitting, and enrollment.
- Handle daily admin and customer service tasks, including managing trials and communications.
- Continuously improve the studio’s welcome and onboarding processes.
- Support admin staff with projects, including posting on social media, and maintain a professional studio environment.
Candidates will have:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet.
- Proficiency with Google products and social media.
- Quick learner with strong computer skills.
- Passion for working with children and adults.
- Strong problem-solving and mediation skills.
- Team player who liaises effectively with staff.
- Detail-oriented and efficient.
- U.S. resident with a High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 2 years of experience in a similar role and 3 years in customer service is preferred.
- Skilled in prioritizing, multitasking, and performing under pressure.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and has a sense of humor.
- Available evenings and Saturdays.
A plus:
- Understanding of dance or arts education.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Video and photography skills.
Part-time position estimated hours per week: 25-35, with an opportunity for more hours. The job requires 5 days per week, including Fridays and Saturdays, with rotating shifts Monday through Thursday. The hours are: Monday to Thursday: 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday 3:30 PM-11:30 PM, and Saturday: 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM.
This job has the potential to grow into a full-time position in a year.
