Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this role will involve managing a team of terminal managers and operations staff.
Responsibilities
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Developing and implementing safety protocols, managing security and loss prevention procedures, and analyzing data to improve operations.
Traveling regularly to terminals within NH, VT, and ME, with some overnight stays.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics industry rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
