Legal Assistant at Front Desk
Multi-Office Law Firm is seeking a legal assistant to support our HOA department located in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte, NC.
We are a growing law firm looking for someone interested in an entry level position that wants to learn on the job assisting our attorneys with preparation and sending of a variety of correspondence, including collection letters and court documents. This position would be located in the front reception area of the office, involve interaction with guests to the office, some administrative tasks, and also include occasional trips to various courthouses and other locations.
Ideal candidates possess the following:
- Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening
- Great customer services skills, including a personable and positive attitude
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and research skills
- Ability to work independently
- Friendliness, energetic, helpful, self-motivated, and highly organized.
