Schedule: Monday to Friday, California time, be available during public-facing office hours.
- Job Overview: This position is a junior account manager position is targeted towards those interested in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment that requires being nimble and conversational, while staying on brand and professional.
- Junior Account Managers must be able to take on around 30 - 50 calls a day, including working with challenging populations, that are seeking reassurance and guidance in a meaningful and kind manner. They must be able to engage intentionally and respectfully, creating a relationship that carries the brand’s motto of helping our clients get their life back.
- Location: Work remotely; no commute required. However, we do require that you live in Utah or California. Living outside of Utah County or Southern Salt Lake County requires prior approval. Position may convert to an in-office position or require regular travel to work with other members of the team, which is currently centered in northern Utah County.
The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Qualify leads. Expected to handle 40 calls, both outbound and inbound throughout the day, keeping calls under 15 minutes, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy relative to conversation, notes, and information relayed to lead.
- Nurture our leads in the primary and secondary sales funnels
- Negotiate expertly using proven negotiation approaches
- Speak with leads, clients, court clerks, and government employees on the phone and via email
- Be confident and quick at billing
- Copiously document updates in respective Client files
- Stay in touch with your supervisor throughout the day
- Be flexible and able to assist the team with additional services as needed

- Base pay and bonus pay with a very generous combined expected pay for excellent performance. Listed pay range of $50,000-$72,000 is the expected total pay after taking into account expected bonuses for satisfactory performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Must love sales and talking to people.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
- Mastery of the English and legal language, both written and spoken
- Preferred undergraduate majors: Communications, Business, Humanities, English, Social Work, Political Science, or similar writing-focused liberal arts degree
- Desire to help people move forward from their pasts
- 1-5 years of experience in a fast-paced position which requires managing multiple tasks and providing polished writing products preferred.

Required Skills:
- Excellent client relationship management skills: Includes asking for contact information, understanding the lead's “why” and helping them get there by creating insightful and engaging conversation. Being able to follow up in a timely manner, multiple times over the course of time based on next step for lead.
- Be a fast learner comfortable in setting with repetitive actions. You do not have to know about law, but you need to be willing and quick to learn, as well as resourceful.
- Strong computer and internet skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Familiar with CRM and sales platforms. Ability to work quickly, using multiple tabs, screens, and platforms to incorporate notes, invoices, contracts, etc.
- Affable disposition who enjoys team camaraderie.
- Self-starter, ability to prioritize, stay on task, and work independently.
- A problem solver who strives to reduce the workload on others by finishing tasks without leaving loose ends.
- Goal-oriented and efficient, while remaining thorough and accurate.
