Commercial / Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Well established Manhattan law firm with a deep pipeline of work with NYC and Long Island Developers and Landlords is seeking a mid to senior level real estate litigation attorney for an associate or counsel position. The right individual has strong research / writing skills, knowledge of New York civil procedure, and has represented clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation as well as residential commercial landlord-tenant disputes. This is a hands-on position in a professional and congenial law practice. Portable business is a plus, but not necessary. Hours tend to be in the 1800-1900 / yr., hybrid work schedule.
