Local Marketing Supervisor

Hours :
Full or Part-Time (W2)
At Brandon J. Broderick, we provide quality legal representation across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, and Ohio. We're expanding our community-focused marketing efforts and need a Local Marketing Supervisor to lead our BJB Street Team. You'll recruit, train, and manage the team, fostering local relationships and spreading awareness of BJB services throughout our footprint.
We are currently expanding our practice to new states such as : FL, AZ, MI, IL, TX, NC, SC, GA, CA, KY. Candidates from these states are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a Street Team to execute strategic outreach to local businesses.
- Coordinate distribution of marketing materials in designated regions efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the Street Team and BJB stakeholders, providing updates and insights.
- Understand the local community landscape to identify the best places to be.
Requirements :
Benefits eligible for full-time employees and employees over 30 working hours per week.
