Job Description:
As an attorney, you will work on a wide range of cases in construction, civil litigation, insurance defense, and general liability defense. While experience in these areas is a plus, we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload from inception to resolution
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and writing memoranda
- Attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Nevada
- 2 years of legal experience preferred
- Experience and/or interest in construction, civil litigation, insurance defense, and/or general liability defense matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
