Corporate Law Associate – Northern Virginia Law Firm
Rees Broome, P.C., a Top 20 law firm in Virginia, is actively recruiting an associate with 3-5 years of corporate law experience to join the corporate practice group in our Tysons Corner, Virginia office. Demonstrated interest in employment law is highly preferred—either prior experience or a strong desire to learn and practice in this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to corporate clients in operational, transactional and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business contracts and agreements.
- Advise clients on business entity formation, governance, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, memoranda, and opinions.
- Draft formation documents, equity agreements, and resolutions
- Assist with employment law matters, including compliance, drafting and reviewing policies, and counseling.
- Assist in due diligence, including gathering and review of documents, responding to questions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing high-quality, responsive legal services.
