What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delaware Closing/Escrow Attorney position at Law Firm?
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
The candidate must:
- Have Juris Doctorate
- Be licensed and in good standing with the Bar in the state in which they practice
- Hold or be able to obtain a notary public certification
- Possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence
- Experience in real estate is a plus, but full training is provided
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Position requires evening and weekend flexibility
- Review of closing files
- Conduct real estate closings
- Explain documents and closing process to clients
- Conduct post-closing responsibilities
- Represent firm in a positive manner
- Understand that most appointments are out of the office
- Work comfortably with a schedule that varies from day-to-day
- Work one Saturday a month (with weekday off to compensate)
- Willingly perform other duties as assigned or requested

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
