Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney / Counsel
Prominent Manhattan law firm with a real estate-oriented practice is seeking a Junior / Midlevel (3-7 years) and a Senior level (8-12 years) Associate or Counsel for a growing, sophisticated commercial real estate lender’s side practice. This is an ideal position for BigLaw or mid-sized firm attorneys to work on similarly sophisticated commercial real estate lending matters in a smaller group setting, more client contact, less hours and a better lifestyle. Salary in the $175K-$225K for the Junior / Midlevel, and $275K-$350K for the senior position. Firm encourages and supports the ability to grow your practice / move to equity in a short time period.
