What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist and Office Administrator position at Law Firm?
The ideal candidate is a friendly, detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for clients and others at our Dothan area law firm. Core duties consist of answering phones, taking messages, greeting clients in person, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, courier duties (mail-runs, bank-runs, court-runs), opening and closing the office, etc. We anticipate an opportunity for this role to evolve into a higher-level employment position, should the candidate prove capable within our organization.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent multitasker

- Proficiency in Word and Excel
