Job Description: Growing top-of-the-line personal injury firm, Strong Law is a firm dedicated to helping accident victims secure the justice and compensation they deserve. We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategy across 12 states. This role is fully remote, reporting to the Director of Marketing, and is focused on increasing organic traffic, optimizing local search visibility, and driving high-quality leads through SEO.
Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and generate leads for Strong Law.
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Identify and target high-value keywords in personal injury law, ensuring top search rankings across multiple states.
- Local SEO & Google Business Profile Management: Optimize and manage 12 Google Business Profiles (GBP) to improve local search visibility and engagement.
- Technical SEO Audits & Fixes: Identify and resolve site speed, indexing, schema markup, and mobile usability issues to improve rankings and user experience.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Work with the marketing team to create and optimize SEO-driven blog content, landing pages, FAQs, and legal guides.
- Link Building & Authority Growth: Develop and execute a backlink strategy to secure high-quality links from legal directories, local businesses, and news publications.
- SEO Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor performance and generate monthly reports.
- Competitor Analysis: Track and analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify new ranking opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Track progress towards and meet KPI's.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in legal, healthcare, or other competitive fields.
- Proven track record of ranking websites in competitive industries.
- Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors, local SEO best practices, and link-building strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Experience optimizing multiple Google Business Profiles (GBP) and improving local search rankings.
- Familiarity with technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and mobile-first optimization.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and on-page SEO (experience working with writers is a plus).
- Ability to analyze SEO performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in legal marketing is preferred but not required.
